Falmouth Family Planning provides confidential education, health services, counseling, and HIV/AIDS testing to women and men, adults and teens. Family Planning services are provided at our Falmouth location.
Community Care for Depression provides assessments and referrals for ongoing treatment for people with depression, anxiety and addictions.
Specialty clinics in diabetes, heart disease, psychiatry, OB/GYN, and hematology provide physician care, education and patient and family support.
Comprehensive diabetes care encompasses all aspects of patients’ care, including medical and specialty care, patient and family support and education, medication assistance, and data collection and management.
Veterans’ Partnership provides primary care services for veterans in cooperation with local veterans’ agencies.
Specialty Network for Uninsured connects low-income, uninsured people with the services of a medical specialist and related diagnostic procedures.
