Welcome to the website of Community Health Center of Cape Cod, formerly Cape Cod Free Clinic & Community Health Center. You’ll notice that we have a new name and a new look. We made these changes in conjunction with the move into our new building in Mashpee in February 2008.

The Health Center, first known as the Falmouth Free Clinic, was started in 1998 by a group of dedicated volunteer physicians, nurses, counselors, and lay people who came together to provide free health services to uninsured residents of Cape Cod and the Islands.

Today, we are a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center that provides access to health care for adults and children with MassHealth, Medicare, the new Commonwealth Care, private insurance, or no insurance at all. Our programs and services are provided by a caring team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nursing staff, mental health counselors, and administrative staff. We are supported by a dedicated corps of volunteers.
